More than ten years across Startups, SaaS, Enterprise and Scale-ups.
Some of my projects
AI orchestration across banking and spend. Designed and prototyped first agentic product, from the model behavior to the interface.
Four previous versions had not fixed it. I automated the form instead. Data enrichment, OCR and compliance checks running in the background.
Enterprise contract software for procurement, rebuilt end to end. Authoring, negotiation, approval and renewals in one product, with an AI clause engine inside.
Human aspect
I got into design as a kid, making Photoshop edits for a gaming community I hung around, then went and studied electrical engineering anyway. Design won in the end, but the engineer never left, which is why I design products and understand the machines they run on.
Off the clock the engineer takes over completely. I collect and restore watches, model and 3D print parts for things that don't exist yet, solder the occasional electronics project, and keep a small jungle of plants alive. The rest of my attention goes to cars going very fast (F1 and WEC) and to martial arts. It is all the same itch, take things apart, learn why they work, then put them back together better.
